Processing times are between 1 and 3 business days. Stickers and accessories will be shipped separately from apparel. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days after the order is processed. Pre-Orders generally ship 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. If you need to order an item in large or bulk quantities, please allow extra processing time. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to COVID-19 and USPS delays, you may experience longer than usual order processing and/or shipping time. This is most common during the holiday season. We thank you for your patience.

- For orders over $50 in the U.S., we offer FREE SHIPPING!
- For orders under $50, shipping is just $7.95
If you're looking for international shipping, we apologize that this is not currently a service we offer. We hope to be able to do so in the future!
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damaged items on an individual basis and will do our best to find a solution!
