In the unlikely event of a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. However, shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product is unused
- The original tags are still attached
- The product has not been washed or damaged
If 14 days have gone by since your items have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. Returns are not accepted on items which have been worn or damaged in any way nor for incorrect size or fit.

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons
